In addition to the experience in the operational areas of the business the management team are all hands-on with a passion for exceeding customers requirements and building a sustainable business.
Under Roy's guidance and mentorship over the last 20 years he has developed the next generation towards day-to-day management of the business.
His two sons Martin and Nigel, and long standing work colleague Scott form a solid combination. Each contributing their own specific areas of expertise to what is a powerful and mutually respected management team.
Although Martin has general management responsibilities, Nigel all accounting and financial functions and Scott the operational areas of the business they work together in concert, each with their own focus but all with the objective of providing excellent product and customer service.
